Berkeley, California

Kushaan is a rising third year Chemical Engineering major in UC Berkeley’s College of Chemistry. He is passionate about green technologies, carbon capture and storage, water purification, and alternative renewable fuel sources. On campus, he is a research team lead for the Biofuels Technology Club, a student organization that turns waste cooking oil from campus dining halls into biodiesel.
